What is Anxiety Disorder?

Worry affects all of us in different ways. While worry and anxiety can be healthy emotions that you will experience. For example, you may have to give a presentation, or your child is venturing out on their own. While these emotions can be expected when we have in a certain situation.

When you are struggling with persistent and excessive worry that is holding you back and interfering with daily activities. The persistent and excessive worry, you may be experiencing physical symptoms such as:

  • Restlessness and/or irritability

  • Feeling on edge and/or easily fatigued

  • difficulty concentrating

  • Muscle tension and/or problem sleeping

  • Headaches, and/or sweating

  • Pounding or racing heart and/ or shortness of breath
